1. Basic configuration
1. Quickly configure permissions through roles
- Go to the management background> Application Settings> Application roles and add corresponding role members
- You can have the permissions of the corresponding role after the addition is successful.
Taking the production Reporting Authority as an example, members can only see the reporting information that they are responsible for, and cannot see the reporting information of other personnel. The management role can see all job reporting information.
2. Process configuration
You can configure the approval process for production reporting according to enterprise requirements.
- Click enter management background, open production report management, and click edit form-process design on the right.
- Click Create New process on the right.
- At this point, you can go to the process Editing page in the production report, where you can customize the build process, such as creating new process nodes and configuring the person in charge of each node.
3. Release to DingTalk workbench and group
Next, we publish the AI production ticket application to the workbench or DingTalk group to achieve efficient business collaboration on the DingTalk workbench or DingTalk group.
1. Publish to DingTalk Workbench
● click publish on the top of the application, and click publish on the DingTalk workbench.
● Set release settings as required. Generally, see the following to complete the configuration. Click Publish.
● After the release is successful, you can see the AI production ticket application on the DingTalk workbench.
2. Publish to DingTalk Group
● Click Publish app at the top, and click Publish to self-built Cool App Center
● Click edit to configure the shortcut entry in group applications, such as quickly filling in production reports and analyzing production work orders.
● Open the AI production ticket on the DingTalk workbench and click install to group in the upper-right corner.
● Select the group chat to be installed, and click OK.
