Why is the form missing fields

If there are no fields or missing fields in the form, you can check the settings from the following two aspects.

1. Process

(1) field A cannot be seen when initiating A new process

If field A is not visible when creating data, you can troubleshoot the following two scenarios:

• Check the visible permission settings of fields in form design.

Edit form>Field properties>Field permissions;

• Check the field permissions of the initiator node.

Simple Process Design>Process design>Select the initiator node>Field permissions;

Advanced process design>Node settings>Initiator node>Field permissions;

(2) the person in charge of the node cannot see it when it is approved

Simple Process Design>Process design>Select the corresponding approval node>Field permissions;

Advanced process design>Node settings>Select the corresponding approval node>Field permissions;

(3) unable to see from the data management page

Simple Process Design>Process design>Global Settings>View status field permissions;

Advanced process design>Node settings>Process View page>Field permissions;

2. Option Association settings

If the above three configurations are no problem, check whether there are single-choice or drop-down fields in the form, and check whether the fields are associated with options, and the option associated with field A is not selected.
