3.1 create a form
You need to create two common forms, and the components in the form must be consistent.

3.2 set Business Association rules
Path:Click the blank section of the form page/form Settings> form events on the right> Add Business Association Rules> document submission

3.3 set data linkage
Path: click component> default> data linkage on the form page.
Configure the deduplication condition with the current logon name. The rest of the content is also configured as the screenshot above.
3.4 Final effect
After adding the formula, go to the previous form to submit data, and then create a new report to display the form data.
Through the data on the report, we can see that the last submitted data in Table 1 is obtained in table 2 and overwrites the previous data.
