Integration & Automation-create enterprise announcements

1. Usage scenarios

YIDA provides a DingTalk announcement connector, which can be sent by the main administrator (or sub-administrator) of the Enterprise to the notification articles of the whole company (or designated departments or employees), you can publish the regulations of the company and holiday information through announcements.

2. Procedure

2.1 Step 1: form design

Create a form to fill in and configure the announcement.

Procedure:

1. Create a form named create announcement 」.
2. Add a member component named publisher, which is required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-1)

3. Add a drop-down radio component named DING notification or not. You can customize two options: Display value: Yes, option value: true, and display value: No, option value: false 」. Set to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-2)

4. Add a department component named receiving department. The multi-select mode is enabled and set to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-3)

5. Add a member component named receive Member. The multi-select mode is enabled and set to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-4)

6. Add a single-line text component named announcement title and set it to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-5)

7. Add a multi-line text component named announcement content and set it to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-6)

8. Click save in the upper-right corner of the page.

2.2 Step 2: configure the connector

Add and configure a connector for create announcement to integrate YIDA forms with DingTalk announcement applications.

Procedure:

1. Background management page> Integration & automation> create Integration & automation> Name the connector "create enterprise announcement"> select form event trigger and specify "create announcement form 」> Click OK. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-1)

2. Configure form event trigger: the trigger event is created successfully and the data is filtered to all data. Click save 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-2)

3. Select connector application: Select announcement application and click next 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-3)

4. Select connector execution action: Select publish announcement to execute the action and click next 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-4)

5. Configure the connector and click save. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-5)

6. Click save in the upper-right corner of the page and click Publish.

2.3 Step 3: submit a form

Submit the create announcement form data to trigger the connector. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.3-1)
