How to submit a form to initiate a video conference

When we use the YIDA form to submit a conference preparation, we need to automatically initiate a video conference after submission, so how can we implement it? At this time, we can use connectors to automatically initiate a meeting.
2. Implementation steps
2.1 Form Building
Build the "initiate video conference" table, which mainly sets up conference sponsors (multiple member components can be selected), conference participants (multiple member components can be selected), conference items (single-line text components), other components can be added freely.

2.2 Integration & Automation creation
When submitting a form, a video conference is automatically initiated, so we need to select the connector trigger type as the form event trigger.

2.3 configure connectors
2.3.1 configure trigger type and connector type
On the connector editing page, select the event trigger type as "created" and select the connector type as "DingTalk official application-video conference 」.

2.3.2 configure video conference content creation
Select DingTalk official application-video conference, click Next, select create video conference, and click next to go to the configure action execution page. Configure the required fields in turn initiate a meeting. The configuration is as follows.
Conference theme 」: Required. Select fields in the form and meeting items.
Invite Participants 」: Required. Select the field in the form, member component meeting participants.
Conference sponsor 」: Required. Select the field in the form and the member component meeting initiator.

When initiating a video conference, the conference sponsor is invited to join the conference. After receiving the conference, the conference participant is invited to join the conference. If the initiator refuses, the participant will not be invited.
