Implement data filling and modification in the login-Free State

1. Application scenarios

This case is applicable to scenarios where data is filled in and modified through login-free access. For example, if the basic information of external team personnel is collected and modified, you can use the "no login access" in the sharing settings to fill in the data in regular cases, however, data login-free is not applicable to flow chart and large amounts of data modification. This article will introduce a new method to enable external personnel to fill in and modify data independently.

2. Design ideas

Fill in the data and modify the data in two forms, and then synchronize the modified data by setting business association rules.

3. Create a form

First, create two new forms, one data reporting form and one data modification form.

[Data report]: create a data report form and open the form fill in link and public query link..

[Data modification]: create a new "data modification" form, set "name" to enter a unique value, find the original data through the associated query, and open the form to fill in the link.

Create a custom page and design a menu navigation bar.

[Menu navigation]: create a menu navigation form to select specific actions. Click to jump to the interface. Drag the link block component, drag the text component in each link block, adjust the style, enter and modify the content respectively, and select the link block to jump to the external link, and configure the form filling link with the jump link of "data reporting" and the form filling link of "data modification" respectively.

Set a business association rule in the data modification table. When the data modification table submits data, the original data in the report on the data will be modified synchronously.
