You can modify the form data after the process is completed in flow chart.

1. Usage scenarios

Currently, you cannot modify data directly after flow chart of data is submitted. To modify data, you need to call the interface implementation. For more information, see:Process modification instance. You can also follow the steps in this example. After the process is completed, insert flow chart of the main table and sub-table data into a common form store. When you need to modify the data, you can directly modify the data in a common form.

2. Achieve results

Insert the data of the main table and sub-table into the fields of the main table and sub-table of the normal form.

3. Procedure

The case requires 1 flow chart and 1 common form.

Path: Go to application> upper-left corner + sign> create common form/create flow chart

3.1 Common form

3.3 Add Business Association rules

Insert a subtable into a subtableNeed to use UPSERTTo implement this rule, the primary table data of the target table is first located according to the primary condition, then, determine whether there is any data matching the primary table in the target table according to the sub-condition. If there is any, update the data. Otherwise, insert a data. Therefore, this function needs to be implemented by using two nodes in flow chart. One node is used to add primary table data and the other node is used to insert sub-table data.

Path: process settings page> Edit Flow Chart> Process Design> Global Settings> node submission rules> add rules

Node submission rules

3.3.1 Rule 1-add master table

After you add a rule, you can name the rule by adding a primary table or adding a child table to distinguish it.

Node type: start

Rule type: Associated operation

Operate the primary table data

3.3.2 Rule 2-insert subtables

Node type: End

Node action: agree

Rule type: Associated operation

Insert subtable rule configuration

3.3.3 further reading

UPSERT-insert or update

4. Effect demonstration

After submitting flow chart, the field information of the main table is automatically inserted into the normal form. After the data approval of flow chart is approved, the sub-table data is inserted into the sub-form of the normal form.
