We hope that the author can only view his own data list. The essence is to set the data permissions. Therefore, what we need to set is the form permissions, instead of the permissions on the management page (the permissions on the management page are more about who can see the management page itself, not the data inside)
Pay special attention: when the user is the application administrator/data administrator of the application or the administrator of the YIDA platform, his data conditions are not limited by filtering conditions, that is, he has the permission to see all the data under this application.
2. Procedure

Form> Edit inverted triangle next to form> Page Settings> permission settings> view status> all members can view the data submitted by themselves> Edit> configure permissions

Because the data page cannot be viewed for ordinary members, you need to create a data management page.
Finally, the effect that employees view on the management page is shown in the following figure:
2.2 add the permission to edit again (edit button)
After the form is submitted, click details on the data management page to enter. You can edit and modify it again.

Note: the edit button cannot be added separately on the data management page at present, and there will be plans to add it later,
When a new field is added to the form, the default permissions for the new field are still visible instead of editable, and need to be set again.
