Integration & Automation-call DingTalk attendance information

1. Usage scenarios
It is used to notify the approval of daily attendance. For the time being, only the leave type is supported.
For example, an employee todayThe shift schedule is 8:00-18:00, and the leave was submitted on YIDA flow chart, and the approver passed the approval. Then calling this connector willNotify DingTalk of attendance. Today, the employee does not need to clock in and will not be recorded as absent from work. The Card status will show leave.
2. Procedure
2.1 Step 1: Create and configure flow chart
Create flow chart as a carrier for leave approval; Configure process nodes to prepare for subsequent connector calls.
2.1.1 create flow chart
Procedure:
- Create a form named leave application 」.
- Add two date component components, named "leave start time" and "leave end time" respectively, which are required, set the date component format to year-month-day: minute 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-1)

- Add a member component named "leave applicant", set it as required, set the default value to formula Edit, and select formula

- Click save in the upper-right corner of the form.
2.1.2 Process Design
Procedure:
- On the background management page, click "leave application" flow chart, select "process" at the top of the page, and click "edit" to set the approver as the initiator himself. After clicking save, click Publish 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-3)

2.2 Step 2: Create and configure a connector

Step 1 completes the preparation of the form required by the attendance connector. Next, you need to configure the connector for the leave application form to automatically send an approval notification to DingTalk attendance.
2.2.1 Create a connector
Procedure:
- Background management interface> Integration & automation> create Integration & Automation 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-1)

- Name the connector "attendance"> trigger type "form event trigger" and specify the trigger form as "leave application form"> Click "confirm 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-2)

2.2.2 configure connectors
Procedure:
- Click "form event trigger", select "created", select "all data" for data filtering, and click the Save button. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-4)

- Click "connector", select "attendance" application, and click "next" button. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-5)

- Select execute action and click "notify approval" to execute the action and then click the "next" button. (Operation is shown in Figure 2.2-6)

- Click save in the upper-right corner of the page and click Publish.
2.3 Step 3: Submit form data
Through the above two steps, we have completed the configuration of the connector. Now we only need to submit the "leave application" process for approval to call the connector to realize the function of sending notification through approval. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.3-1)

4. FAQ
4.1 How to become an administrator of DingTalk organizations
A: To become a DingTalk administrator, contact the primary administrator who created the enterprise to set it up. Set path: DingTalk management background> Settings> permission settings> Management Group> Add management group. (The operation is shown in Figure 4.1-1 and Figure 4.1-2)
