How to generate a serial number in a fixed format
Form design often involves the production of serial numbers, such as order management, member management, equipment management, contract management and other scenarios. YIDA provides a serial number field to meet this requirement.
There are two design methods for serial number field design. Next, we will learn about the implementation of the two methods respectively.
1. The system has its own serial number.
1.1 prefix
Prefixes can be numbers, letters, and underscores. You can change the prefix format to the desired prefix format.
1.2 Date format
The date format can be changedIf the date format is set, the date at the time of submission is concatenated between the prefix and suffix, the date format for splicing is mainly set.
1.3 minimum suffix digits
The minimum suffix digit indicates that the suffix digit has several digits, so the serial number occupies several characters. If the number is insufficient, use 0 to complete it.
For example, the minimum suffix number is 5. When the suffix value is 3, the serial number is written in 00003. It also limits the maximum number of serial numbers. If the maximum suffix counts to 99999, then0Start counting again.
1.4 suffix reset rule
Suffix reset rules include daily reset, monthly reset, and annual reset 」.
After the suffix reset rule is set, the count starts again from the initial value when the time is reached.

2.1 Usage scenarios
