How to assign values to hidden fields
1. Description of invisible field assignment function
When the form is submitted, you can set some components to the hidden state. The values of hidden components are assigned by formulas. When the page is submitted, hidden fields are automatically obtained by setting formulas, automatically obtained values are also saved. Applicable scenarios: financial reimbursement, information collection, etc.
2. Case description and procedure
2.1 case scenario
The department should collect the sizes of the cultural shirts of all students. The collection form mainly contains two fields: name and size.
However, to facilitate later statistics, we added a hidden field on the page to record students' Department information.
2.2 Procedure
(1) select a single line of text and set the field to hidden.
Set component status
(2) use formulas to assign values to hidden fields
Path:Properties> default> Formula editing
Function to obtain Department information: DEPTNAME(LOGINUSERWORKNO()
Set formula
(3) set the data submission in the component advanced settings to always submit
Set always commit
Note: After editing the formula, don't forget to save the form settings.
