3. Procedure

3.1 build a page

(1) new product page: Common form

Used to add product information, including product name, product specification, and unit price

(2) warehousing page: Common form

Includes warehousing personnel, warehousing time, and warehousing details. The details include product name, product specifications, and public int count.

(3) outbound page: process page

The list includes the outbound person, outbound time, and outbound list. The list includes the product name, product specification, current inventory number, and outbound number. Different from the inbound list, the outbound application needs to be approved before it can be submitted.

3.2 configure Business Association formula

(1) when the purchase table is changed, update inventory statement

Enter a commodity in the purchase table. If the data of the same commodity name exists in the inventory table, add public int count to the inventory quantity of the commodity. If the commodity name cannot be found in the inventory table, insert the commodity name into inventory statement. The inventory quantity is the inventory quantity. In this case, we can use the business association formula UPSERT to implement it. The formula configuration is shown in the following figure:
