How to achieve entry and asset acquisition
1. Scenario
When applying for new employees, HR needs to apply for new employees in the management background of DingTalk, and needs to create a new guidance group. The supervisor in the group will lead the new employees and help them apply for assets. So how can we quickly complete the entry work of new employees?
2. Implementation steps
2.1 Form Creation
Asset application: the process page, which is automatically initiated when an employee enters the job, contains employee information and equipment information to be applied.
2.2 Integration & Automation
2.2.1 automatic group creation and initiation process for employees
(1) add Integration & Automation
Because we need to automatically create a group after employees join the job, we select the trigger type as application event trigger 」.
(2) configure the application event trigger type
Confirm that the trigger is triggered after the employee arrives at the post. Therefore, the trigger type of the application event is added to the address book member 」.
(3) add the create scene Group connector
Add a new scene Group connector and configure the fields required to perform the action.
Group member list 」:You can select a fixed value to pull multiple supervisors or guides into the group.
Group owner 」:You can select a field to obtain the employee information returned by the application event, and select the employee as the group owner.

Group name 」:You can configure the formula to splice the employee name with the corresponding group name. The configuration is as follows:
Manageable 」:You can select the option in the fixed value to configure management permissions.

(4) configure message notification connector
After creating the scene Group connector, add a message notification connector to automatically send messages to the scene Group.
Message content 」:Configure the content to be sent. You can send fixed content, field content, or concatenate it through formulas.
Group response id 」:Select the group session id field and select the group id of the result returned by the connector.

Select add human node-initiate process
(6) configure and initiate new process content
Click initiate approval node>Select the process to be initiated>Configure process field values and initiator in sequence>Save and publish
Note: assign the group response id returned by the scenario Group connector above to the component of the process to facilitate sending messages to the group in the process.
2.2.2 send information to the corresponding node during approval
In the approval process, the following two functions are mainly implemented:
- After the process is automatically initiated, the supervisor automatically sends a message to the group after approval, notifies the employee to collect the device, and generates a to-do list.
- After receiving the device, the employee automatically synchronizes the received message to the group.
Go to the approval process design page and complete the following configuration:
(1) message connector
After the supervisor agrees to send messages to the group, add a connector node after the supervisor node, and select a message connector to automatically send messages to the scene Group.

Group response id 」:Select the group session id field and select the group id of the result returned by the connector. This time, select the group id component in the form.
(2) to-do connector
After a message is sent to the group, a to-do list is automatically generated to new employees. A to-do connector is added to the message connector to automatically generate to-do lists.
To-Do Time 」:Configure the to-do time. You can select fields, fixed values, or formulas.
Initiator 」:To-do initiator, you can select fields, fixed values, or formulas.
To-do content 」:To-do content, you can select fields, fixed values, or formulas.
Title of to-do list 」:To-do Title. You can enter up to 50 characters. You can select fields, fixed values, or formulas.
Task executor 」:Task Executor. You must configure the execution member. You can select fields, fixed values, or formulas.

After receiving the device, the asset manager approves and confirms the receiving node, and the system automatically synchronizes messages to the group. Therefore, after confirming the receiving node, a message connector is added to automatically send messages to the scene Group.
