How to limit leave days for annual leave
1. Design background
Many users will use YIDA for attendance management, especially leave management. It is necessary to check the annual leave duration of each employee. Please do not exceed the annual leave duration stipulated by the company, however, there is no restriction when taking sick leave or personal leave or other vacation categories.
2. Set steps
2.1 employee annual leave basic data sheet
First, establish a form for the total annual leave duration of employees, and enter the basic data of the total annual leave duration of each employee in each year;
2.2 leave application process sheet
Create a leave process table. In the form, you can return the actual number of annual leave days through the leave category selected by the employee and the review opinion, as shown in the following figure:

After all settings are set, the verification formula can be used to prohibit approval of leave applications beyond the annual leave range to avoid incorrect approval by administrators.
