Integration & Automation-create a disk space

1. Usage scenarios

As one of the DingTalk collaborative office products, dingdisk is the base of enterprise file management, which can help enterprises manage files more efficiently. This connector can be called in the dingdisk.Create an enterprise shared space.

2. Procedure

2.1 Step 1: form design

Create a common form to enter the necessary data required by the tack connector.

Procedure:

1. Create a normal form named new space 」.
2. Add a single-line text component named Space name, which is required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-1)

3. Add a member component named "space owner" and set it to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-2)

4. Click save in the upper-right corner of the page.

2.2 Step 2: configure the connector

Create and configure a connector for data integration between YIDA applications and DingTalk cloud disks.

Procedure:

1. Background management page> Integration & automation> create Integration & automation> enter connector name> select connector trigger type and specify connector trigger form> confirm. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-1)

2. Configure form event trigger: created successfully> All Data> save. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-2)

3. Select connector application: Select the nail disk application and click next 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-3)

4. Select connector execution action: Select Create Space execution action and click next 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-4)

5. Configure the connector and click save. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-5)

6. Click save in the upper-right corner of the page and click Publish.

2.3 Step 3: submit a form

Fill in and submit the create space form to trigger the connector to create a space on the DingTalk disk. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.3-1)

3. Effect display

View path:

• Computer: DingTalk cloud disk> Team file (the effect is shown in Figure 3.1-1)
