Integration & Automation-robot notification
Note:
- Before using this connector, you should first create a DingTalk robot. For more information about how to create a robot, follow these steps:Enterprise self-built single chat robot
- Robot AppKey view path:DingTalk open platform> Application Development> Enterprise Internal Development> robot> the robot you created> AppKey
1. Usage scenarios
YIDA robot connector is used to integrate data with enterprise self-built robots. Submit form data to send messages to employees through robots. Serve the organization's digital transformation business.
2. Procedure
2.1 Step 1: form design
Create a form to fill in and configure message notifications.
Procedure:
- Create a form named robot message notification entry 」.
- Add a member component named recipient. The multi-select mode is enabled and set to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-1)

- Add a single-line text component named "robot AppKey" and set it to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-5)

- Add a multi-line text component named message content, which is required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-6)

- Click save in the upper-right corner of the page.
2.2 Step 2: configure the connector

Add and configure a connector for robot message notification entry to integrate YIDA forms with DingTalk announcement applications.
Procedure:
- Background management page> Integration & automation> create Integration & automation> Name the connector as "robot notification"> select form event trigger and specify the form as "robot message notification entry">> click OK. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-1)

- Configure form event trigger: the trigger event is created successfully and the data is filtered to all data. Click save 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-2)

- Select connector application: Select robot application and click next 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-3)

- Select connector execution action: Select robot notification execution action and click next 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-4)

- Configure the connector and click save. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-5)

- Click save in the upper-right corner of the page and click Publish.
2.3 Step 3: submit a form
Submit the robot message notification entry form data to trigger the connector. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.3-1)
