How to filter consent ejection in reports

When you want to filter out rejected approvals in the approval process and only see approved approvals, you can set report criteria to filter.

3. Procedure

3.1 add the corresponding dataset and select column fields

Add the previously submitted flow chart as shown in the following figure:

Select a dataset

Select the display fields of the corresponding form, such as approval results and approvers, as shown in the following figure:

3.2 set conditional filtering

Select the field as the approval result and select the value as agree or reject, as shown in the following figure:

Finally, click OK, and then click save in the upper-right corner of the report to return to the report page to view it. At this time, the fields to be filtered have been completed.
