Integration & Automation-submit expense account trigger notification
1. Case Background
In the past, to enable employees to submit reimbursement forms and automatically send message notifications to the current group, you need to configure message notifications and enable YIDA applications in the group. If you do not enable them, you cannot notify them. The operation steps are complicated, it will also occupy the number of group applications. NowThrough integration automation,You can directly send messages to designated personnel and DingTalk groups.
2. Achieve results
When an enterprise employee submits expense account, it automatically sends a message to notify the supervisor and department Group to make reimbursement public and transparent.
3. Procedure
In this case, you need to create oneFinancial expense account(Normal form). If you need the approval process, you can also create flow chart. The configuration is consistent.
3.1 Step 1: Finance expense account-form design
Path: create page> Create form
The main information is the author, reimbursement reason and reimbursement amount, and other contents can be customized.
The author sets the formula USER() and field status to read-only to prevent others from filling in.
3.2 Step 2: Integration & Automation
Automatic Message notification is automatically sent after form submission through integrated automation.
3.2.1 New Integration & Automation
Because automation is triggered by employees submitting forms, select form event trigger-created successfully.
3.2.2 add a message notification node
Automatically send message notifications to the supervisor through this node (set the person to be notified)
Select notification object
Notification type: Job notification
Notification personnel: specified member
Set notification content
Title: Required. No notification will be sent if missing.
Content: Required. You can select insert form field.
Preview the notification card and save the configuration
3.2.3 add a message notification node
Automatically send notifications to a specified group through this node
Select notification object: group notification
Send to group: specify a group. You can enter a group name to search for the group.
Set notification content
Notification content: Use the notification template;
Title: Required. No notification will be sent if missing;
Content: Required. You can select insert form field;
Note: If you select a message variable in the notification template, unknown fields will be displayed. Message variables cannot be displayed.

4. Effect display
After a financial expense account is initiated, messages are automatically pushed to the designated person and the designated group chat.
