Integration & Automation-create DingTalk to-do tasks
InstructionsTo-Do task 1.0 and to-do 2.0 are used in the same way. The reason why the difference is made here is that the DingTalk side has been upgraded, so some required parameters will be different.
1. Usage scenarios
The user fills in the form within YIDA to automatically create DingTalk to-do messages for the specified member within DingTalk and the executor clicks to-do to view the form details. Initiate a powerful message reminder to make sure that everything is lost and there is an echo.
2. Procedure
2.1 Step 1: Create and configure forms
Create a form to enter information about to-do messages and trigger connector effects.
Procedure:
- Create a form and name it 「To do 1.0」.
- Add date component, named: 「The time when the to-do task was initiated."And set the format to" Year-Month-Day: Minute "and set it to required (the operation effect is shown in Figure 2.1-1)
Figure 2.1-1 add and configure date components
- Add two member components, named initiator and executor, and set them as required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-2)
Figure 2.1-2 add and configure member components
- Add a single-line text component namedTo-do title, and set the maximum length to 50 and required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-3)
Figure 2.1-3 add and configure a single-line text component
Because the maximum number of words for the to-do Title item is 50 when the connector is configured, the maximum length of the single-line text component is also limited.
- Add a multi-line text component named "to-do content" and set it to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-4)

2.2 Step 2: Create Integration & Automation

When submitting a form, the system automatically initiates a to-do task, so we need to configure the connector.
2.2.1 New Integration & Automation
Procedure:
- Application Management background> Integration & automation> create from blank. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-1)
Figure 2.2-1 connector entry
- In the "create Integration & Automation" dialog box that appears, name the connector "to-do task" and select the "to-do 1.0" form under the "form event trigger" type, and click OK. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-2)

2.2.2 configuration Integration & Automation
(1) configure the form trigger event
Procedure:
Click "form event trigger", select "created" in the trigger event, and select "all data" for data filtering 」. Finally, click the save button in the lower right corner. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-3)

You can copy it from the details page of the current application form.
- Click save in the upper-right corner of the page and click Publish.
2.3 Step 3: configure the content of the to-do task
Through the above two steps, the configuration of the implementation function has been completed. Next, you only need to submit a form to trigger the connector, thus automatically initiating the to-do task.
Procedure:
Fill in the form and click submit. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.3-1)
