4. Procedure
The entire tutorial requires three forms: Entry Registration form (General form), resignation application form (flow chart), and employee evaluation form (General form).
4.1 Entry Registration Form
4.1.1 Step 1: form design
Create an entry registration form and collect important information including the employee's name, phone number, and work experience. Field settings are required to prevent missing fields.
The phone field is a single line of text and is formatted as a mobile phone. You can check whether the number filled in by the personnel meets the mobile phone number.
4.1.2 Step 2: Address Book newcomer entry trigger event
When the Enterprise address book has newcomer entry, you can create an entry guide group, send a message to invite new employees to fill in the entry registration form, and create to-do tasks for new employees to prevent forgetting.

Because automation is triggered by more contacts, select the contacts connector in the application event trigger.

Attention: because the new employee does not enable user account authorization in the YIDA platform management, you need to enable login-free access to the entry registration form and copy the login-free access address for the new employee to fill in.

4.1.3 Step 3: New employees fill in the entry registration form to trigger events
New employees fill in the entry registration form and automatically create to-do tasks to HR or supervisor to remind supervisor to guide newcomer entry.

4.2 resignation application form
The employee initiates the resignation application, and the supervisor and the second-level supervisor approve it, hand over the work, and settle the salary financially. Component settings are required to prevent missing.
Attention: The approval will be triggered after approval. Proceed with caution.
4.2.1 Step 1: form design

4.2.2 Step 2: Process and connector settings
Go to the process design page of the resignation application form first.
(1) add supervisor to-do connector

Select a multi-level supervisor or corresponding approver to approve the resignation process

Select the member field in the form-work handover person to hand over the work content.
(5) add and delete the employee connector

4.3 employee evaluation form
It is convenient to make a comprehensive evaluation of employees' working ability, teamwork and interpersonal communication.

Scoring item: a radio component that allows you to edit the display value and option value in batches.
