Note:

  • This connector does not synchronize employee details.
  • This connector can only add non-enterprise employees (the mobile phone number shall prevail), otherwise the system is busy.
  • This connector needs to be operated by relevant personnel with the permission of the organization administrator. Otherwise, when you select an action, you will be prompted that you do not have the permission to select an action.

1. Usage scenarios

Fill in the information of the employee to be employed on the form YIDA, including the name, mobile phone number, and estimated entry time. After submitting the form, it integrates with the intelligent personnel system through the connector to synchronize the submitted information to the intelligent personnel.

2. Procedure

2.1 Step 1: Create and configure a form

Procedure:

  1. Create a common form and name it the employee information registration form 」.
  2. Add a single-line text component named "name of employee to be joined" and set it to required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-1)

  1. The add date component, named "expected entry time", is required. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.1-2)

  1. Add a single-line text component named the mobile phone number of the employee to be joined. It is required and the component format is set to mobile phone.

  1. Add a member component named "operator". The default value of the component is set to formula Edit and selectUSER()The formula.

2.2 Step 2: Add and configure connectors

Procedure:

  1. On the background management interface> select the form of employee information registration form> select Integration & automation> Click Create Integration & Automation 」. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.2-1)

  1. Name the connector "add employee to be hired", select "form event trigger" and click "OK 」.

  1. Configure form event trigger: Select "created", select "all data" for data filtering, and click "save.

  1. Select connector application: In the DingTalk official application, select intelligent personnel and click the Next button.

  1. Select action: Select the action of "add employees to be hired" and click the Next button.

  1. Configure the execution action: set the values in param to fields, select the corresponding component in the employee information registration form, and click save. (Operation is shown in Figure 2.2-6)

  1. Click save in the upper-right corner of the page and click Publish.

2.3 Step 3: submit the "pending employee information registration form" form

Through the first two steps, the design of the employee information registration form and the configuration of the connector are completed. Next, you only need to submit a form to trigger the connector, the requirements for adding employees to intelligent personnel when submitting forms. (The operation is shown in Figure 2.3-1)

3. Effect display

Computer:

View path: Computer-side DingTalk> Workbench> intelligent personnel> Personnel> employee relations> Entry management (as shown in Figure 3.1-1)

Mobile Terminal:
