Notify the initiator of custom approval comments
1. Usage scenarios
In advanced process design, the approver can edit the approval comments when setting to a specific node and push the approval comments to the process initiator.
2. Procedure
1. Build flow chart
In flow chart, add a multi-line text component "supervisor approval comments" for approver to enter comments.

2. Create a message notification template
Platform Management> message notification> create a message template
Set the content of the supervisor approval comments component to the message content. The variable is written as $! {Unique component ID}. For more information, seeMessage notification.

3. Configure message notifications
Go to the approver node> Advanced> send notification rules when closing a task to bind the message template we created above.

4. Configure node permissions
Configure the supervisor approval comments component to have operational permissions on the corresponding approver node, and hide other nodes that do not need to be viewed.

Save and publish the process design after modification. Otherwise, the modified content will not take effect.
