Obtain a leader of a designated member
1. Usage scenarios
Current existing formulaUSER(), you can only obtain the supervisor or first-level leader of the current login person, and you cannot obtain the supervisor or first-level leader of the designated member, how can I obtain the first-level leaders of designated members? In this case, we can use intermediate tables.
2. Procedure
2.1 Step 1: Create and configure forms
2.1.1 Creation and configuration of corresponding tables for departments and leaders
As the source of the "Get member designated level leader" data.
Procedure:
a. Create a common form named Department and leader corresponding table 」;
B. Add a single-line text component named "department" and a member component named "leader;
c. Click save.

2.1.2 obtain the creation and configuration of a specified level-1 leader table for members
As the source of the "Get member designated level leader" display page.
Procedure:
a. Create a common form and name it: "Get the first-level leader assigned by members 」;
B. Add a member component named "employee", a single-line text component named "department", and a member component named "first-level leader;

c. Select a single-line text component named "department" and click status> select Hide, default value> Formula edit in the property bar on the right to obtain the department where the current member belongs, here, we use the common "department" single-line text component of the two forms to perform the next data Association;

d. Select a member component named "first-level leader", select default> data linkage in the attribute column on the right, and configure the data Association table as "department and leader corresponding table 」, the value of the current form Department component is equal to the Department component of department and leader corresponding table. The current form level leader component is displayed as the department and leader corresponding table leader component;

e. Click save.

2.2 Step 2: import data to the corresponding table of departments and leaders in batches 」
Procedure:
a. When there is a lot of data, we need to manually maintain the data in the corresponding table of departments and leaders, and then import the data. Click data management> Import> select table data;
B. When there is not much data, select the corresponding table of department and leader, and click data management> Add> Submit.

3. Achieve results
When you select a member component named employee, the following member component named first-level leader automatically brings out the first-level leader of the specified member.
