Effective rules

• Resource package fromDate of purchaseValid for one year.
• The resource package overlay paid version takes effect. The free version does not support overlaying resource packages.
• If the organization version changes, the resource package changes to superimpose the latest paid version to take effect. After the downgrade to the free version, the resource version will no longer take effect.
• Resource packages can be purchased repeatedly. Resource packages purchased repeatedly are superimposed within their respective validity periods.
• After the organization version expires, the resources in the version are cleared without overlaying subsequent versions.
• Current available data volume calculation method: current version available data volume = version attached data volume by default + YIDA platform resource package data volume (within the validity period of the resource package)-The amount of data used in the current version.

For example, by default, the current version has a total data volume of 50000, purchased a resource package with a period of one year of 100,000 pieces of data, and used 95,000 pieces within one year, the total amount of data available in the current version is 55,000. The calculation method is as follows:

5,000 (version included) +10,0000 (platform resource package)-95,000 (used data volume) = 55,000 (current available data volume)

After the service resource package expires, if the amount of used data in the version is not deleted, the total amount of available data in the current version is-45,000. The calculation method is as follows:

50,000 (included with the version)- 95,000 (used data volume) = -45,000 (currently available data volume)

Data Volume & Attachment capacity usage rules

• The free version YIDA does not support the purchase of resource packages separately.
• The amount of data generated. The calculation in YIDA isNon-real-timeYes: updated once every hour (both new and deleted).
• Free data volume statistics

• 1K data volume per month: submit/import data is considered to be used. Only by deleting the data submitted in the current month can the quota of the current month be recovered;
• 2W pieces of total data volume: submit/import data to calculate the use, delete the recycling quota;
• The paid version has no data volume limit.

• The data volume and attachment capacity are shared by all users in the current DingTalk organization.

• For example, under organization AThe total amount of data is 5,000. , if a user uses 4,000 data volumes, the other DingTalk users (B, c, d, etc.) in the organization (A) can only use the remaining 1,000 data volumes. The Attachment capacity is the same.

• The number of deleted applications/data volume will be deducted from the number of resources occupied. After deletion, the data volume will be restored and can be used continuously (FreeVersion only deletes the data submitted in the current month to recover the data volume in the current month.).
