The YIDA Low-Code platform provides four versions for all users: Free Edition, light edition, Professional Edition and exclusive edition, among which light edition, Professional Edition and exclusive edition are paid versions.

Data volume usage

YIDA the data volume statistics rules of the low code platform are as follows:

• Data volume calculation rules:

When users submit and import form data, the total amount of data,Maximum monthly data volume and form data volume. When you delete form data, the data usage is released.

• The data volume and attachment capacity are shared by all users in the current DingTalk organization.

For example, in organization AThe total amount of data is 5,000. , x users use 4,000 data volumes, then under the organization (A), the other DingTalk users (y, z, etc.) can only use the remaining 1,000 data volumes, and the attachment capacity is the same.

• Data volume release rules:

• Delete application: the relevant data is inT +1 dayAfter release.
• Delete form/data: the relevant data is inT +1 hourAfter release.

• Attachment capacity release rules:

• Attachments deleted before May 30, 2022cannot be released.
• For attachments uploaded after May 30, 2022, the storage capacity is automatically released after deletion.
• For attachments uploaded before May 30, 2022, delete them after the function is released:

• Delete an application and automatically release the storage capacity of attachments involved in the application.
• Delete forms, delete instance data, and directly delete attachments. Currently, you cannot release capacity.
