Q: Can I expand the attachment separately?

- You have purchased the YIDA paid version and support the expansion of attachments. For more information, see the staff with YIDA pre-sales labels in the service group.
- Organizations with YIDA professional edition and later versions can share the attachment storage space of [DingTalk Professional Edition default 1t] [DingTalk exclusive edition default 2t], and can allocate the exclusive capacity of enterprise storage for YIDA separately, after the configuration, this part of the capacity is dedicated to YIDA. - For organizations that have purchased dedicated YIDA, enterprises can also configure the OSS space address for attachment storage. Storage generated by applications that have dedicated storage enabled will no longer be included in the platform attachment statistics.
Q: Do you support public payment?
A: Currently, public payment is supported. You can follow these steps.

Q: Can I release/restore the data volume after data is deleted?
A: Yes, the release rules are as follows:
If data is deleted or a form is directly deleted in channels such as data management, the amount of data that is deleted will be released within one hour after deletion.:For example, if a form is deleted or the data in the form is deleted at 07:22:07 on July 28, 2021, the data volume will be released before 08:22:07 on July 28, 2021.
If the entire application is directly deleted, the amount of data occupied by the deleted application will be released within one natural day:For example, if an application is deleted at 07:22:07 on July 28, 2021, the data volume will be released before 07:22:07 on July 29, 2021.
Among them, the free version limits1000 data volumes per month, delete the data of the current month to recover the amount of data of the current month, otherwise, only the total amount of data will be recovered.

Q: Why does the paid version not take effect?
