Mailbox Management

Through mailbox management, you can configure email information in processes such as YIDA integration automation and flow chart to send email notifications. This topic describes how to add a mailbox.

Procedure

  1. Log on as an administratorYIDA Workbench.

Email name

Enter a mailbox name.

Mailbox type

Currently, the following mailbox types are supported.

  • Alibaba mailbox Enterprise Edition
  • DingTalk enterprise mailbox
  • Tencent enterprise mailbox
  • NetEase enterprise mailbox
  • Alibaba email Personal Edition
  • QQ mailbox
  • 163 email address
  • 126 mailbox

Email account

Enter your email account.

Password/authorization code

Enter your email password or authorization code.

Description:

The SMTP protocol must be enabled for the added email account. For more information about how to enable SMTP and obtain an authorization password, see the official documents of each email type.

After the email address is added successfully, YIDA will send a test email to your email account. The email content is similar to the following:
