If the lower-level organization itself does not need to build applications, but only tries the applications distributed by the higher-level organization, it does not need to purchase the YIDA paid version;
When a subordinate organization accesses a superior organization YIDA, the superior organization needs to authorize the members of the subordinate organization and occupy the authorization account of the superior organization;
Among them, the members of the industry address book (villagers' address book and Jiaxiao address book) cannot be associated with the superior organization, and access to the superior organization application does not require authorization;
Q: If the user of the subordinate organization retains the application access method, such as link. Is it possible to continue accessing the application through the access link after the application is uninstalled?
Installation and uninstallation only control the visibility of the application in the corresponding organization workbench, and do not substantially close the application access portal. If other application access methods are retained, after uninstalling, you can still access the application of the parent organization. To control this, you can configure it by applying Settings> whether to allow industry contacts to access the page> permission settings.
Q: Can I choose to go to the home and school address book staff of the subordinate organization?
Currently, you cannot select a person from the home-school address book of a subordinate organization.

The data submitted by the industry address book cannot be generated at DingTalk. The approver can process the approval form through the DingTalk message notification and the appropriate Task Center.

Q: What should I do if the members of the lower organization do not have the batch import permission when using the application of the higher organization?
If you need to use the batch import function for members of a subordinate organization, you need to open all members on the application page of the superior organization to submit data. Only the members of the subordinate organization can import data. Otherwise, you will be prompted that you do not have permission.
