Basic information

On the basic management information page of the platform, you can view relevant data that is suitable for use within the organizational structure, including basic information of the enterprise, important information such as resource consumption and available service support.

Enterprise Basic information

Here you can view the following:

• Version Information: currently, YIDA provides you with four versions: Free Edition, light edition, Professional Edition and exclusive edition. The current version of your organization is displayed here.
• Organization name: the name of the organization you are currently logged in.
• Corp ID: DingTalk a unique identifier assigned to each registered enterprise to identify and distinguish different enterprise accounts to ensure data independence and security.
• Corp Token: Corp Token is an enterprise security Token that is used to verify and authorize access to enterprise resources and services.
• Enterprise domain name: displays the domain names used by the enterprise in YIDA. You can use the paid version YIDA to change the second-level domain name three times. The free version YIDA does not support modifying the second-level domain name.

Resource capacity

The resource capacity provides an intuitive display of the resources used by the current enterprise and the maximum version resource.

Resources	Description
Authorized Number	The total number of people who can use YIDA in the enterprise. To increase the number of users, clickAdditional purchaseButton.
Organization data volume	The total amount of form data available for all applications in the enterprise. To increase the total amount of Organization data, clickAdditional purchaseButton.
Maximum amount of data in a single form	The maximum amount of data in a single form. If you increase the maximum amount of data, clickAdditional purchaseButton.
Organization attachment quantity	The total number of historical Upload attachments of the current organization on the YIDA platform, including but not limited to form attachments, application icons, multimedia attachments (custom pages), and attachments that have been uploaded to leaflets in the form. Advanced features

Resources	Description
YIDA large data screen	Displays the DataV large screen usage data and the total number of available data. Details
Print	Displays the number of times and total number of available jingle prints.
Data source	Displays the available number and total number of files and databases.
E sign treasure	Displays the number of remaining signed copies. Before using E-signed treasure, you need to activate and register an E-signed treasure account.
Data Preparation	Displays the used number and total available number of data preparation and automatic operation.
OCR recognition (AI component)	Displays the usage and total availability of OCR recognition.
