How to purchase SaaS applications

Enterprise administrators can purchase SaaS applications that have been put on shelves through QR codes in their own channels or in the DingTalk application market. Take the promotion in their own channels as an example:

How to use SaaS master applications

  1. After an application is placed in an organization, you can access the SaaS application through the workbench.

      • The SaaS application purchased by the customer has nothing to do with the applicable version of the current organization,SaaS applications are not subject to the YIDA free edition. For example, if you place an order in the YIDA Free Edition, SaaS applications are not subject to the free edition (currently the official 10-person limit) and the number of application instances is limited to 10W.

After the customer subscribes to the version of the current application, the upgrade is not supported for the time being. Currently, YIDA provides the SaaS capability of the standard product. Subsequent subscribed applications support iterative version upgrade, support for ISV remote maintenance will be released in the next phase.

Q2: Does the user order support lifting and upgrading?

Currently, you can upgrade purchased SaaS applications, but the downgrade is not supported.
