How to purchase SaaS applications
Enterprise administrators can purchase SaaS applications that have been put on shelves through QR codes in their own channels or in the DingTalk application market. Take the promotion in their own channels as an example:
⚠Currently, enterprise members are not supported to pay for the purchase. You need to contact the administrator to purchase and activate the application center. The administrator needs to have the permission to enable and experience applications and services in the application center.
Special note: During the grayscale co-creation period, if the customer needs to place an order, please contact YIDA official students after placing an order.
How to use SaaS master applications
- After an application is placed in an organization, you can access the SaaS application through the workbench.
- Special statement:
- The SaaS application purchased by the customer has nothing to do with the applicable version of the current organization,SaaS applications are not subject to the YIDA free edition. For example, if you place an order in the YIDA Free Edition, SaaS applications are not subject to the free edition (currently the official 10-person limit) and the number of application instances is limited to 10W.
- By default, the person who purchases SaaS applications becomes the application Administrator. You can enter the application background to configure business function modules as needed.
Some features allow customers to customize the configuration on demand after enabling (administrators): The logic is the same as experience Organization Management> Experience Test main application ".

- You can view the product specifications and expiration time of the current application through application layer> Basic settings, and manage account authorization as needed.
- When the SaaS application is about to expire, it will be reminded before the application T30/T15/T7/T3/T2/T1 expires.
How to use SaaS cool applications
After the SaaS application is successfully launched, you can go to the group chat (such as an internal group) and click "cool application market" in the group shortcut bar to view the current SaaS application and directly authorize the activation.

Common FAQ
Q1: How can I upgrade a SaaS application after I place an order?
After the customer subscribes to the version of the current application, the upgrade is not supported for the time being. Currently, YIDA provides the SaaS capability of the standard product. Subsequent subscribed applications support iterative version upgrade, support for ISV remote maintenance will be released in the next phase.
Q2: Does the user order support lifting and upgrading?
Currently, you can upgrade purchased SaaS applications, but the downgrade is not supported.
