Prerequisites

Before using YIDA AI assistant to fill in intelligent forms, you must create an AI assistant and enable intelligent data analysis. For more information, seeCreate AI assistant.

Procedure

1. LoginYIDA Workbench, select the application that needs to fill in intelligent data, and enterApplication PublishingPage.

2. SelectAI assistant, clickSet capability, enableIntelligent form fillingSkills.

3. Select the form under the current application to open the smart form, and clickEnableSwitch, click configure to openForm training configurationThe interface.

Description:

To improve the accuracy of data reporting and identification, you can configure the information fields that must be identified by the LUI dialog and configure the best prompt statement for filling in the smart form in this scenario.

Field	By default, all fields in the current form are synchronized (the form read-only fields are filtered by default). You can selectively retain the field information to be recognized by LUI. When the deleted field is in the user-side dialog, AI does not make recognition entries. You must manually submit them on the form page.
Sample	The system generates several default samples based on the fields identified by the LUI above. In order to enable AI to more accurately identify what users say and fill in accurate data, developers can configure different questions and samples here.

At present, many Prompt semantics are relatively vague. At this time, AI may not be able to return accurate information. Later, we will gradually optimize such questions through the upgrade of insight capabilities. Refer to the following comparison cases:

Other instructions

• When a form filled with smart forms is enabled, its fields (such as members, departments, single selection, multiple selection, etc.) have dynamic default values (such as default values calculated by formulas), if the current login person or value is calculated by data linkage, the user needs to enter the confirmation information in the form before submitting the data; when the form field that enables intelligent form filling has no default value or has static default value, the user can directly click the card "submit form" to fill in the data.
