Create AI assistant

YIDA AI assistant supports two methods: creating from applications and creating from DingTalk clients. This topic describes how to quickly create YIDA AI assistant.

Create in an application

1. LoginYIDA Workbench, select the application that you want to create AI assistant, and enterApplication SettingsPage.

Description:

If you have not YIDA applications, please complete the creation first. For more information, seeCreate an application.

2. Go to the application Publishing page and clickCreate AI assistant, fill in the AI assistant information, and clickSaveThe creation is complete.

Configuration Items	Description
AI assistant name	Set the AI name. The name can only contain Chinese, English, and numbers, and cannot exceed 8 characters in length.
AI assistant image	Click the lower-right corner of the AI assistant avatar.RefreshButton to select your favorite assistant image. You cannot upload a custom avatar.
AI assistant description	Set the description of the AI assistant. The maximum length of the description cannot exceed 60 characters.
Visible range	AI assistant currently supports the following three visible ranges. Available to all Some members Only oneself Instructions After the AI assistant is created, the visible range cannot be modified. Please choose with caution.
Create a request	If you are not the organization administrator of the organization, you need to send a creation request to the organization administrator when creating an AI assistant.

3. ClickSet capability, enableIntelligent Data analysisAndIntelligent form fillingAbility.

4. Open the DingTalk client, search for the AI assistant you just created, and talk to the AI assistant in the dialog box.

1. Log on to the DingTalk client. In the upper-right corner of the client, SelectDingTalk magic wand>AI assistant... >Create AI assistant.

2. EnterCreate AI assistant page, fill inAI assistant information.

Configuration Items	Description
Customized avatar	DingTalk provides 20 official intelligent AI assistant avatars, which are free for you to choose the image style that meets your expectations.
AI assistant name	You can customize any customized AI assistant name.
Personalized signature	Like the business cards of the real world, AI assistants have their own personal signatures, which will be displayed on the personal information page.
Personal/organizational use	You can choose to use it yourself or share it with other members of the organization. For more information about the differences between personal AI assistants and enterprise AI assistants, see below.
Role settings	This is a natural language of human beings, but it can be used for better training of AI assistants to make it more like what you expect.
Knowledge Learning	AI assistant supports DingTalk knowledge base, online documents, and local file upload to upload knowledge, making AI assistant more intelligent. Description When all knowledge is uploaded, you start learning. When the knowledge content of knowledge base and online documents is changed, you need to save and publish AI assistant again to make it learn again.
Ability learning	Select EnableBusiness data reporting (YIDA): Business data reporting (YIDA): allow AI assistant to fill in data and analyze data through YIDA After selecting, the select smart application page appears. Recommend applications: official recommend common applications. Users can select and directly create them as needed. My application: indicates that the user has enabled an AI assistant application on the DingTalk or YIDA web side. One application can be selected to create multiple AI assistants. Tone style and welcome setting	Currently, DingTalk AI assistants can open a conversation with you in three styles: formal, lively, cheerful, and humorous. You can also use the corresponding tone style to write a brief AI assistant welcome speech, or set 1-3 related topics for AI assistant to quickly open conversations and discussions with you.
