Cancel/edit active broadcast
After enabling intelligent active broadcast, if you need to edit the broadcast content, you can refer to this article to edit the AI active broadcast function.
Modify active broadcast content
- LoginYIDA Workbench, select the application that you want to configure [active broadcast], and enterApplication PublishingPage.
- SelectAI assistant, clickSet capability.
- ClickIntelligent Active broadcast, select the broadcast content to be modified, and clickEditButton.
- Set the broadcast content to be modified, and then click save.
Configuration Items | Description |
Broadcast content | The content topic of the broadcast. For example, the weekly report data of this week. |
Broadcast conditions | The condition that triggers the active broadcast.

Broadcast rules | Duplicate rules for active broadcast. You can configure the following broadcast rules:

Recipients and groups | It is used to configure the target of active broadcast and supports multiple selections. If it is broadcast to the group, the product will have a prompt: "prompt: After the card is issued, the group members can view it. The data in the card, please pay attention to the relevant data security" |
Associated operations, recommend | It is used to configure the operation or recommend words associated with the card. It supports two types of prompt words and links. The effect is similar to the following: |
Disable or delete active broadcasts
Disable, delete, and restart active broadcast in the YIDA management background
- LoginYIDA Workbench, select the application that you want to configure [active broadcast], and enterApplication PublishingPage.
- SelectAI assistant, clickSet capability.
- ClickIntelligent Active broadcast, select the broadcast content to be closed, in the rearEnable statusClose the broadcast in the column.
In the dialog box, close, delete, and restart the active broadcast.
