Enable active broadcast

You can refer to this article to learn how to enable AI active broadcast.

Prerequisites

Before using YIDA AI assistant for active broadcast, you must create an AI assistant and enable intelligent data analysis. For more information, seeCreate AI assistant.

Procedure

1. LoginYIDA Workbench, select the application that you want to configure [active broadcast], and enterApplication PublishingPage.

Description:

• If you have not YIDA applications, please complete the creation first. For more information, seeCreate an application.
• If your application has not created an AI assistant, complete the creation first. For more information, seeCreate AI assistant.

2. SelectAI assistant, clickSet capability.
3. Select in turnIntelligent Active broadcast>Create an active broadcast.

4. Create and generate active broadcast capabilities: generate active broadcast capabilities with one click through natural language descriptions.

5. Manually adjust the configuration to be modified, and then clickCreate.

Configuration Items	Description
Broadcast content	The content topic of the broadcast. For example, the weekly report data of this week.
Broadcast conditions	The condition that triggers the active broadcast. If you configure a broadcast condition, the broadcast is performed only when the broadcast condition is met. If no broadcast conditions are configured, the broadcast is performed according to the trigger time.
Broadcast rules	Duplicate rules for active broadcast. You can configure the following broadcast rules: Trigger only once Triggered by Hour Triggered by day Working days (Monday to Friday) Legal working day One day a week One day every double week Monthly Last day of each month Last working day of each month Last legal working day of each month Every year
Recipients and groups	It is used to configure the target of active broadcast and supports multiple selections. If it is broadcast to the group, the product will have a prompt: "prompt: After the card is issued, the group members can view it. The data in the card, please pay attention to the relevant data security"
Associated operations, recommend	It is used to configure the operation or recommend words associated with the card. It supports two types of prompt words and links. The effect is similar to the following:
