Features

• With the enterprise log function, the platform administrator can view the login log, platform log, application log, and data operation log of the organization in the last six months, which is convenient for enterprise-level low-code platform behavior management.
• Enterprise Logs are only visible to dedicated platform administrators and can be filtered, searched, and exported to facilitate enterprise-level behavior management audit requests.

Log Query

Application development logs: Queries are supported for historical operations of low-code applications. For example, the creation, deletion, editing, and publishing of applications, as well as the design and management of pages within applications.
Data operation log: Data is an important asset of an enterprise, and the operation of data needs to be focused on. For example, you can export data in batches, import data in batches, or use the development platform to OpenAPI data behavior operations.
Platform logs: The basic information settings, platform permission settings, account authorization, role management, and data export actions of Enterprise Logs of the organization and platform all support record query.
Log on: Log on to the system and use the YIDA Low-Code platform in the organization

Log export

Set export conditions: Set filter conditions and perform export. You can export up to 1W items at a time. We recommend that you use filter conditions to export all data in batches.
Export successful: DingTalk job notification effect, you can download Excel file

Notes and instructions

1. ClickExport logsAfter the button is pressed, the system will immediately start preparing the content File. After completion, the operator will be notified in the DingTalk message. Please check the message carefully.

2. You can export up to 10,000 pieces at a time. If the data volume is large, we recommend that you use the filtering criteria to export all data in batches.

3. Only YIDA platform administrators can query and export various information details in Enterprise Logs.

4. Each data export behavior of the platform administrator is also recorded in the platform operation log.

5. Each export file download link is valid for seven days. Please download it as soon as possible. It will be automatically cleaned up after expiration.
