Overview

Digital workspace is a new intelligent office system that combines YIDA AI assistant and YIDA low code platform. It has the capabilities of organization-level AI Agent, unified portal, organization-level task Center and permission center, aiming at improving enterprise office efficiency and user experience through AI technology. Compared with the traditional OA system, it can more intelligently and autonomously assist enterprise employees to work, thus improving work efficiency.

Core functions and features

YIDA digital workspaces have the following functions.

Organization-level intelligent portal

The workspace provides you with a highly personalized portal interface, which can be dynamically adjusted according to user roles, preferences and behavior patterns to achieve a Thousand-face office entrance. The portal integrates AI capabilities, broadcast cards, and intelligent broadcast capabilities to improve user experience and information acquisition efficiency. The portal Portal also enables independent insertion and extraction of organization application modules.

UnificationTo-do Center

The new workspace merges the original task Center, process center, and agent center. Now you can handle all tasks belonging to different applications in the workspace to-do center at one time, so as to improve your work efficiency.

• Table display:The list mode is upgraded to table mode, and the information dimension is more structured. Agree to reject and other operations. Quick one-click approval is supported.
• Easy to view: it is more convenient to view to-do tasks. The default number of tasks is increased by corner mark. You can switch by default by application.

Space AI assistant

The space AI assistant is developed based on the existing application AI assistant. Compared with ordinary AI assistants, the space AI assistant can automatically perceive the data sets of all applications in the space, and can realize cross-form, intelligent Data Analysis scenarios across applications.

Limits

Currently, digital workspaces have the following restrictions:

• Currently, only YIDA exclusive versions are supported for YIDA digital workspaces.
• Each organization can create 10 workspaces, each with a dedicated AI portal and dedicated AI assistant.
