Permission Center

To simplify the permission management process and improve the efficiency of permission control, a dedicated permission center is added to the YIDA exclusive edition. The new permission center is divided into two levels: Organization level and application level.

• InPlatform ManagementPagePermission CenterYou can query and modify the permissions of specified members and roles.
• On the permission management page of application settings, you can modify the permission groups of all forms in the application.

Platform permission Center

The procedure is as follows:

1. LoginYIDA Workbench, go to the platform management page.
2. In the left-side menu bar, selectPlatform customization>Permission Center.
3. Select a member or role to query and modify its corresponding permissions.

Application permission Center

Administrator permission configuration, permission management, application protection box and other permission classes in the application can be managed uniformly.

The procedure is as follows:

1. LoginYIDA Workbench, find the target application and enterApplication SettingsPage.
2. In the left-side menu bar of the application settings page, selectApplication permissions>Permission management.
3. Find the page where you want to manage permissions and modify it on the right.
