Q: When can I experience the 3.0 new report for my DingTalk organization?
Version 3.0 reports are fully open, and the newly created reports for new applications take effect.
Q: Does existing applications support new version reports?
Not supported. We have launched YIDA cross-application fetch reports ". That is, the old application does not need to move, and the form inside can continue to be used, but the data of the old application is taken in the new application and the report is made in the new application.
Q: Can DingTalk account connect with Alibaba Cloud account when creating DataV screen?
The current version does not support account access. However, you can use the application key to authorize YIDA form data.
Q: What is the view chart?
The View chart is an upgrade to the existing report-multi-table Association function, with stronger capabilities. The generated View chart will be used as an independent dataset for reuse of different reports under this application, improve efficiency.
Q: How to upgrade report 2.0 to 3.0
Direct upgrade is not supported. You need to recreate the YIDA application to use the report 3.0 function.You can refer to the cross-application fetch scheme.
Q: Why does the form have values but the report does not synchronize data?
Because the field is added but the version is not updated, manually edit the saved data or interface/v1/form/updateFormData.json setting useLatestVersion = y forces the data to be updated to the latest version, but the data updated by the current business association rules will not update the form version.
Q: Why can't you select a dataset?
Check whether there are more than 300 fields in the dataset form,There are too many form fields. When a report references a dataset, the interface return time is affected.
Q: If the form positioning component is located in a municipality directly under the central government, it cannot be displayed on the report side?
It is a product defect at present.
For the data generated by the form positioning/address component, the data of the municipality directly under the central government (at the same level as the province) does not have the "city" field, such as Beijing, not Beijing.
However, the Chinese map component in the report shows the province, and to accurately match the province name, you need to add "city 」. It does not match the data generated by the form and cannot be rendered at present.
Currently, you need to use the report casewhen formula, or prepare the data to process the next data, and add the city to render it.
Q:2.0Is the Chinese sorting of reports sorted according to GBK character set?

Q: data permissions in reports
Select a subform for the report Dataset. Currently, the data viewing permission of the original table is not controlled. The data management page displays the controlled data normally.
Q: Is there an upper limit for page permission groups in the application and how many permission groups can be configured at most?
In addition to flow chart and common forms, you can create up to 100 permission groups on other pages, 100 submit permission groups and 100 view permission groups on flow chart and common forms respectively.
Q:Filtering error [reminder: engine filtering exception: data execution exception: Statement canceled due to client request] what happened?
If the query duration in the report exceeds 30 seconds, this error will be prompted. We recommend that you optimize the query criteria.
