This article introduces the concepts of some special words that you can encounter in the process of using YIDA to help you quickly get started with YIDA.

Workbench

Noun	Meaning

Custom Center	Certified Service providers customize business applications for enterprises according to their business needs. In order to provide more and better services, we added customized portals on the start page YIDA.

Common form

Noun	Meaning
Common form	A common form consists of multiple components and is used as a tool for data reporting and collection.

Formula editing	When filling in the form or modifying the form data, the component value can be automatically calculated according to the formula without manual filling, which improves the filling efficiency and reduces filling errors.

Data Linkage	When the data of a field in a form changes, the data of another field in the form changes accordingly, which is often used to set the default value of a component.
Business Association rules	When the data of two forms are associated, you can use business association rules, such as our purchase, sale, storage, and outbound materials, which are counted to the final inventory statement for display and viewing.

Flow chart

Noun	Meaning
Flow chart	Forms with processes have flow chart more process flow links than ordinary forms.

Currently, YIDA supports two main built-in core business logic flows, namely, documents and processes, and secondary business logic flows such as comments. Each business logic flow has its own life cycle. Events are thrown at each stage of the life cycle and can be used as extension points. After the event is accepted, the corresponding execution plug-in can be triggered to execute the business logic.
Advanced process	To meet process requirements, YIDA provides an advanced process designer, which not only meets almost all functions of common designers, but also enhances some functions on this basis. Application Distribution	Application distribution is to help service providers quickly deploy applications developed under the current enterprise to YIDA tenants of the customer enterprise, and service provider developers can enter the customer enterprise through special channels, complete the development and attribute configuration of some customized functions.
Service registration	Service registration is a pre-step to use the service callback function. The interface of the third-party service to be used will be registered to the YIDA platform.
