The budget fee control component is a product of the deep integration of budget fee control between YIDA and DingTalk Intelligent Finance. You only need to drag the budget fee control component to the YIDA form to within YIDA, implement budget rules control of approval form amount, flexibly set expense labels, customize budget rules, and control budget information in real time.
The budget cost control component can help bosses improve 100%(real-time control of enterprise expenditures, cost reduction and efficiency increase), and help financial efficiency increase 70%(no need to manually compare budgets and intelligently control Enterprise expenses).

Preparations
Before using the budget fee control component, you need to activate the budget fee control capability and complete the configuration. For more information, seeBudget cost control module.
Procedure
You can refer to the following steps to use the budget cost control component.
- Log on to the YIDA workbench and go to the application details page.
Instructions
If there is no YIDA application, please complete the creation first. For more information, seeCreate an application.
- Create a blank form (common form or flow chart).
- In the left-side menu bar, selectComponent>Basic components>Advanced>Budget fee control.

- In the configuration dialog box that appears, selectFee control type, supportReimbursementAndPaymentTwo types.

FAQ
Q: The form opened by the browser cannot be uploaded directly by clicking add invoice?
A: Currently, the budget fee control component does not support the browser form control to add invoices. It will prompt and support jumping to the DingTalk client to open the form submission, you can add invoices and subsequent functions normally.
Q: Daily Activities: 2 months for one year and 6 months for two years. Is the number of people with 358 yuan per seat here the number of people who actually use components or the number of people in the platform? If it is the actual number of users, can you control the specific users?
A: The budget fee control component is billed according to the actual number of users. After the free quota is used up, you can purchase more. Component users canIntelligent Finance>Budget fee control>Authorized memberControl.
