2021.12.07 version update-integration automation increases approval event triggering & application support custom icons & role member support management scope

1. Integration & automated approval event triggering

In order to allow you to orchestrate business logic more freely in YIDA integration and automation, and to balance the ability to trigger approval events in the pre-logical orchestration, we added process events to Integration & Automation-form event trigger in December.

The following is a brief introduction to this function

Scenarios:

1. Send message: when the final result is approved, the result of a node can trigger a message notification or group notification. For example, if the approval result is rejected, the group notification is sent to the fixed group.

2. Data Processing: After the approval is completed, the fields in the intermediate table will be updated according to the approval result. For example, when the purchase application is approved, the purchase information will be added to the intermediate table of the purchase information.

3. Connector usage: when the approval ends, you can call the connector service according to the approval result. For example, when the outbound application is passed, you can update the YIDA in the company's ERP system by material control system the outbound details of the form.

Supplement: Currently, the advanced process is being reconstructed to give users a better experience. After the update operation and maintenance process is completed, new process-related functions will be automatically supported. Currently, this feature only supports the new version of simple processes.

2.1 function entry

2.2 function introduction

• Operate the custom icon and select the local image file;
• The file format supports JPG and PNG images;

• The size must be more than 240*240 pixels and less than 1: 1.2MB;
• The uploaded image content shall comply with the relevant national security regulations. If the uploaded illegal content is uploaded, legal liability shall be borne;

• After the application icon is updated, pages such as DingTalk workbench, YIDA application center, and my application will be updated synchronously. (the DingTalk Workbench icon will have a cache of about 10 seconds. If it is not updated, refresh and try again.)

3. Role members support management scope

3.1 management scope configuration

DingTalk you can set the management scope for the appropriate role members. The default value is everyone.

3.2 process specifies approver according to role management scope

If the approver of the process configuration node is a role, the process will be the approver according to the Department of the initiator, and the members of the corresponding management scope under the matching role will be the approver;
