2021.06.15 update-form Component upgrade

We upgraded the capabilities of YIDA form components, added 2 components, and optimized 3 components. The details are as follows:

Overview of component upgrades:

• AddHandwritten signature component: when the form is built, an independent signature component is provided to intelligently cache the filer credential.
• AddLocation component: obtains the current location on the mobile terminal for real-time geographic location information display and supports specific area location.
• OptimizationAddress component: when setting the detailed address of the province and city of the address component, it provides the mobile phone positioning capability to quickly fill in the information.
• OptimizationPersonnel component upgrade: upgrade the computer personnel selection interface and support tree drill-down selection of contacts
• OptimizationDepartment component upgrade: upgrade the computer department selection interface to support tree drill-down selection of contacts

1. Handwritten signature

1. What is a handwritten signature component

• A component that can quickly implement electronic handwritten signatures on mobile devices

2. Use scenario

• On the mobile phone or ipad, in the process of entering form-level information, the business is filled in through electronic signature as form voucher, such as customer information confirmation of 4s store, etc.
• Formal official document declaration system, such as nucleic acid information application during the epidemic, returning home application, etc.

Properties

• Currently, the handwritten signature component only supports the configuration of basic attributes.

2. Positioning components

1. What is positioning component

• A component that can obtain geographic location information on the mobile terminal

2. Use scenario

• Employee attendance clock-in reporting system based on designated areas
• When the form is collected and filled in, submit the real location of the current filler (real person, anti-cheating)
• Address POI information management system based on geographical location
• Currently, only mobile terminal positioning is supported (the computer will guide the prompt)

Properties

1. Automatically obtain positioning

• When the mobile phone positioning permission is enabled, after entering the page, the positioning component automatically obtains the current location and displays the information in the positioning component display frame.

2. Fine tuning allowed

• In the process of obtaining the location, the mobile phone can select other POI location information within the circular range of the specified radius based on the current location as the center point.
• The radius of fine tuning can range from 100 meters to 5000 meters.

3. Set the positioning area

• By adding a location Center rule, you can limit the optional location to a specified area during actual location.

3. Address component upgrade

Component features:

Address

• This new capability, mobile terminal supports positioning capability, quickly fill in address information
• Allow re-editing at the same time

Usage scenarios

• If the address information to be selected is exactly the current location area,
• You can click the positioning icon on the mobile terminal (if the mobile phone has the positioning permission enabled), then the address information can be quickly filled in, and you can continue to edit it again after filling in.

4. Personnel component upgrade

Component features:

Member

• When DingTalk computers and Web browsers use YIDA member components, the advanced selection function is added to support the selection and organization drill-down capability based on the tree relationship of the address book.
• The advanced selection function entry is enabled on the computer by default. After clicking, a complete member selection page will be provided in the form of a pop-up box.

Usage scenarios

• Search down and select the target member based on the hierarchical relationship of the organization address book and the tree hierarchical relationship.

• When DingTalk computers and Web browsers use YIDA member components, the advanced selection function is added to support the selection and organization drill-down capability based on the tree relationship of the address book.
• The advanced selection function entry is enabled on the computer by default. After clicking, a complete Department selection page will be provided in the form of a pop-up box.

Usage scenarios

• Search down and select the target Department based on the hierarchical relationship of the organization address book and the tree hierarchical relationship.
