2021.09.13 version update-group plug-in capability upgrade

1. Upgrade purpose

YIDA, as an official Low-Code product in DingTalk, in order to better use applications built on YIDA on the DingTalk side, it will bring users more efficient and native application experience, this issue mainly upgrades the capabilities of YIDA group plug-ins. The core capabilities are upgraded as follows:

1. In addition to group administrators, more members of the group can enable YIDA group plug-ins in the group.
2. YIDA the group plug-in page has been upgraded to facilitate users to view plug-ins that manage different permissions.
3. YIDA applications are added to the group, making it easier to use high-frequency plug-ins.
4. Upgrade the message notification capability of YIDA group plug-ins in the group. Important process messages are not bad.

Follow-up group plug-in official customized update forecast:

After the group plug-in capability is upgraded, the official YIDA will launch two YIDA group plug-ins with special capabilities in the near future. These two group plug-ins are:

• Group accounting:It can be used as a group plug-in for automatic aggregation and accounting of exclusive red envelopes in a group.
• Group target:A small target group plug-in with countdown count shared by everyone in the group.

2. Upgrade overview

1. [Open range]: all members of the group can open the group plug-in.

• Portal: group shortcut bar-more-YIDA-Plug-In enabled

2. [YIDA application page upgrade] after the upgrade, the page is mainly divided into three modules:

1. My plug-in: for YIDA applications I created or managed in the current organization, click Enable to enable the group plug-in to the group shortcut bar with one click.
2. Organization plug-in: for YIDA applications that I have permission to use in the current organization, click Enable to enable the group plug-in to the group shortcut bar with one click.
3. Template plug-in: if there is no group plug-in my plug-in or organization plug-in that meets my needs, you can click any template in this block to create a group plug-in. After creation, you can enable the group shortcut bar again.

3. [Application nailing to group] add YIDA applications to group actively. Click more in the application. You can choose to pin the application or the current page to the shortcut bar in the group with one click. After nailing to the group, you can quickly enable the YIDA group plug-in from the group shortcut bar to make it easier to use.

4. [Group plug-in message notification] upgrade the message notification capability of YIDA group plug-ins in the group. When a new group plug-in is enabled in the group, and when information in the group plug-in form and flow chart is modified, or the process status changes, you can synchronize group plug-in message notifications within the group, and no longer miss important information in core work scenarios.

Custom group plug-in:

• Group accounting:Accounting requirements based on the fund statistics management scenario within the group. After the group plug-in is enabled, all exclusive red envelope records in the group can be automatically recorded by the group plug-in. Group members with statistical requirements can filter and export red packet data as required.

• Applicable scenarios: real-time incentive statistics of the sales team, reconciliation of internal purchase group red envelopes, reconciliation of multiple small amounts of financial reimbursement, etc. Group billing is enabled in different groups.
• Special note:Data between different groups does not communicate with each other. Only members of the group can view the accounting information of red envelopes in the group.

• Group target:A countdown target plug-in shared by all members of a group. After setting a common goal, they will receive a Countdown group target count reminder every day, and can promote everyone to fill in the target completion progress in real time every day, better help everyone achieve project nodes and goals.

• Applicable scenarios: sales group target management at the end of the month, home-school scene Target management for the semester, Team internal activity reminder management, group building, dinner, etc.

Group plug-in basic link

Applicable scenarios: Collaboration Group, Department group, and employment group

User Story 1:

xxx, as the workshop director, needs the cooperation of many people in the workshop every day. After the process is completed, the next link needs to be synchronized in time. He hopes to facilitate the collaboration of the same working scenario in the group. Some applications can be used in the group to facilitate entry, and everyone who has timely messages synchronized to the work link.

xxx, as the management of the work group, needs to collect information regularly in the group so that everyone can complete the designated work approval, etc. In the past, sending files to the group was easy to be brushed away by messages. It took a lot of time and effort for group members to go back and forth through chat records, and the group announcement could not be effectively confirmed even if it was not opened. He hopes that high-frequency commonly used applications can be easily found from the group at any time, and online real-time data reporting, process processing, etc.

Applicable scenarios: Merchant private domain operation, Enterprise purchase, Xiaobao Group

However, after signing, people often feel weaker and weaker about the target. I hope a countdown can be a good push. Everyone always pays attention to their performance and their goals.

User stories:

As the PM of the department Group or project group, Lao Ling needs to regularly summarize the sub-project progress of each member of the group every week and report to the top in a unified manner.
