Note: If the Excel serial number field value is empty, after the import is performed, the platform will automatically generate the serial number of the document according to the current form serial number rule. If the serial number is imported into the Excel table, the custom content will prevail.

1. Import supports two methods:

  2. In the Excel cell, select insert-image to embed the image source file for import. Note:

7 support multiple export data display methods and batch view images and files

To update existing data during import, enter the corresponding form instance data ID in the current column (you can select this field to obtain it during export). When this field enters the correct value, only overwrite updates are performed (some data currently updated in batches do not trigger rules or logical operations)
    2. The ID of the child table instance.: This column is a system Field, optional. Sub-table data cannot be added separately through import. If you want to update separately, you can go to the page to perform operations. Or fill in the correct sub-table data instance IDs to be updated and the associated primary table data instance IDs.
  1. After the file is imported, you can refresh the list and click a piece of data to view the details-change record and confirm the change information.
