The online collection component is an independent payment function and can be purchased and used by all YIDA users. For more information, seeIntelligent Finance.

Enterprises Build a CRM system through YIDA. On the basis of creating a business collection form, they can use the online collection component to generate a collection QR code and link based on the collection account and amount in the form, you can directly use Alipay to complete the payment. After the payment is successful, the payment status will be returned to the form and relevant personnel will be notified in time, eliminating the tedious reconciliation work of business and financial personnel.

Features

The online collection component is based on the functions provided by the bank-enterprise payment application officially produced DingTalk. The bank-enterprise payment function is an enterprise-level payment application officially launched DingTalk, providing two functions of payment and collection:

  • Payment: After completing the business process on the YIDA form, the enterprise can directly complete the payment through Alipay, online merchants and public accounts of mainstream banks.
  • Collection: After creating a receipt on the YIDA form, the enterprise can generate an Alipay collection QR code and link. After the payer pays online, the payment status is returned to the form.

Product billing

Before using the online collection function, you need to purchase VIP version of the payment paid by banks and enterprises. Banks and enterprises pay VIP version yuan per year, with an online collection service fee of 2,000 yuan. For more information about billing rules, seeIntelligent Finance.

Rules for deduction of online collection service fees:

  • A single payment is charged at 0.2% of the collection amount, up to 100 yuan
  • The minimum charge amount is 0.01 yuan; Rounded up. For example, if the handling fee is 0.005 yuan, 0.01 yuan will be paid.
  • The handling fee is pre-charged, and the corresponding amount (minimum 1000 yuan) needs to be recharged in advance, and each transaction is deducted proportionally. When the handling fee balance is exhausted, the collection service will be suspended.

Configure online collection (administrator)

You can refer to the following steps to add an online payment component to the form.

  1. LoginYIDA Workbench, select the application that you want to use online collection, and go to application editing.
  2. Go to the form design page and add aOnline CollectionThe component.

  2. Click configure collection account and follow the prompts.

The enterprise Alipay account used to collect money must be configured in the enterprise payment application in advance (personal Alipay account is not supported).
