5. Analyze dimensions
5.1 Overall Process Analysis Indicators
进行中: The number of approval orders in progress within the specified time range.
已创建: The number of historical full approval orders created within a specified time range.
已完成: The number of completed approval orders within the specified time range (including consent and rejection)
已终止: The number of approval orders in the terminated state within the specified time range (including revocation)
平均处理时间: The average time consumption of each approval order instance within the specified time range
Data Description of process basic indicators: All data is real-time data
周同比: comparison between the current day and the previous week
同组织均值: average data of other flow chart in the current organization
同组织排名: performs excellent ranking based on quantity and duration, and displays the ranking quantiles of the process in the organization.
超过7天的流程数: quickly summarize the number of long unfinished processes to see which process orders are inefficient.
Comparison data such as year-on-year comparison and organization description: the real-time will not be updated until the next day after the application is created or copied.
5.2 Distribution of Approver's to-do list
By default, the distribution of the number of to-do items and time of the top 10 approvers is displayed (from high to low by quantity).

5.3 List of pending approval processes
All details that take the longest time in the current approval order are listed (you can click the instance name later to automatically jump to the specified instance details page)
5.4 process duration trend
Displays the average processing duration of each approval flow according to different approver conditions.
5.5 node duration trend
Each flow chart sets 1 to multiple approval nodes. This chart displays the time consumption trend of each node.
5.6 average daily processing duration of the process
The average daily overall time consumption trend of the current approval form. Allows you to view the approval efficiency of the overall organization for this approval form scenario.
6. Self-built Process Analysis

In addition to the default process analysis template provided in YIDA, you can create a new analysis report through [self-built process analysis]. In the dataset-database-list, you can see two built-in datasets: process tables and process node tables to facilitate flexible device report styles according to your needs.
