1. Upgrade overview
In order to further help enterprises to quickly carry out digital transformation at a low threshold, after people find applications and applications, people can find data and data to find people. YIDA recently addedData Services (for data statistics), cool data cards (indicator cards, progress bars, etc. are supported)Ability to provide users with the effect of "cool Kanban", which can meet common business scenarios such as "statistical analysis of data, regular broadcast summary" and improve data empowerment capability.
1.1 What is cool Kanban?
Cool application data cards can display data indicators such as indicator cards/progress bars, which facilitates regular statistics and analysis of data and achieves similar effects as cool Kanban.
Currently, chart rendering is not supported.
1.2 What is a data service?
Data service is the processing of data sets (for example, data statistics calculation for fields is supported). You can select specific fields and convert them to API interface services, currently, consumption is only supported in card nodes of Integrated Automation/process designer.
Special note:
- When multiple independent data metrics exist, you need to maintain independent data services and consume them separately within the integration automation.
- Data services can be viewed and operated only by the application administrator and data administrator.
- Version restrictions: only YIDA VIP version are supported.
- Permission description:
- Data factory> data services-only application administrators and data administrators can create
- Permission to use data services: application administrators and data administrators can develop and configure data services. When calling the data service, the first person to call the application administrator
2.YIDA cool Kanban (data service + cool data card) Design Guide
STEP1: Data Service

- Go to data factory> data service, and click the new data service button to open the data service page.
- Perform service settings:
- [1] Select a dataset and name the dataset
- [2] After selecting a dataset, you can add several fields in the dataset. To consume this field in functions such as integration automation, select whether to return ", in addition, you can configure the statistical methods of this field according to the data types of different fields (such as counting, deduplication, maximum, minimum, average, sum), and support the creation of formula fields.
- [3] configure data filtering: you can filter the data returned by the current data service.
- [4] configure sorting rules: you can sort the data returned by the current data service.
- Preview data: the first 20 pieces of data are displayed by default. If you have custom variables, you can simulate the test.
STEP2: automatically obtains multiple data nodes> data from a data factory> service data

In the integration automation, multiple data nodes are added. When data is obtained from data factory> data service, data calculated by data service can be obtained.
STEP3: custom cool data card
Enter the card designer, select the loop indicator card, define data source variables (object arrays) and configure mock data, and bind indicator values and indicator names on the component property board.
STEP4: Integrated Automation selects cool data cards for data source and action mapping
Add a card sending node in the integrated automation node, select the defined cool data card, and set the value of the card data source as a field, the source of the field can directly consume the data obtained from the data service of the previous node.
STEP5: enable application usage in the group after the application is published to the group
After the cool application is confirmed, it is released to the DingTalk cool application self-built cool application center. After the application is enabled, if the current ordering scenario is sold out, push the summary card to see the statistical data card.
