2022.08.08 version update-scheduled trigger supports selecting date fields in the form

1. Upgrade overview

In the process of dealing with daily requirements YIDA, regular triggered demand scenarios are often encountered to achieve the purpose of automatic processing/response by the system. Before upgrading, the scheduled trigger of YIDA cannot meet all application scenarios. For example, the process initiator/form submitter controls the start time of the scheduled trigger, therefore, the scheduled trigger function needs to support the selection of form date fields.

• 优化前：The scheduled trigger can only specify a specific time and cannot select the date component field in the form.
• 优化后：The selection of the date field for the new form is triggered regularly.

2. Ability introduction

In the Integration & automation function, as one of the trigger types, the timing trigger function adds the selection of date components in the form to further meet the daily business scenarios of users.

Note:

The scheduled trigger of the new configuration does not take effect on historical data (data generated before configuration)

If the date component in the original form has already been bound to a timer instance, you must delete the bound timer instance before binding the updated scheduled trigger function to take effect.

The number of events that can be triggered by a single form (including flow chart and common forms) is 1000, that is: integration & automation the cumulative maximum number of scheduled trigger event instances () generated by scheduled trigger based on the form date field is 1,000

A maximum of 50 forms are supported for event triggering in a single application, and a maximum of 50 (number of forms) * 1000 (maximum number of triggers for a single form) = 5W Times.
