1. Upgrade overview

|e-signed Bao provides the services of deposit, certificate, and judicial guarantee.

1.1 Prerequisites

• Before using the electronic signature component, you need to complete e-signature activation, authorization, enterprise real-name and recharge;
• All versions are available (including education edition), and trial and recharge are required;
• Only YIDA 3.0 applications are available;
• The old version of advanced/simple process designer does not support electronic signatures;
• Common form/flow chart/custom page, including Education Edition, can display electronic signature components.

1.2 function overview

Launched YIDA in cooperation with e BobaoElectronic SignatureComponent to realize online signing of contracts, support online printing of signed documents, and have legal benefits at the same time. It aims to solve the problems of long signing time, limited signing place, difficulty in keeping contracts and so on when signing contracts with paper contracts in the past.

The electronic signature component is used in form design. When submitting/editing form data, you canInitiate signing.

2. Business scenarios

User Scenario 1:

YIDA supported capabilities:The following certificate interface passes YIDA. After the process is approved, relevant information needs to be brought into the print designer,The printed page supports direct electronic stamping., complete the function closed loop.

User Scenario 2:

YIDA supported capabilities:YIDA after the form is approved, uploaded attachments (such as labor contracts) can be directly stamped.

• Closed loop in the example scenario: a form should be created. On the form page, you can upload the attachment component and drag it into the signature component. After the approval is passed, e-signature is triggered, seal the attachments that have been uploaded in the current process online e-signed, return to generate the attachments with seals, download the attachments to the local on the data management page, and then print the attachments to the local in batches.

3. Ability introduction

3.2 Installation process of e-signed treasure

Before using the electronic signature component in YIDA, you must follow the following four steps to configure it. Click the specific step name to view the details.

Steps: create a form> edit a Form> form design> component library on the left> electronic signature> initiate signing settings

3.4 initiate signing

Currently, the following two paths are provided to initiate signing/signing documents.3.3 sectionAfter the component is configured, it can be signed through the path.

After the signing is initiated, the e-signed [initiate contract task] page will be redirected. For more information, see the document:Complete signing task information

Path 1:Form design> add Component Library add electronic signature> access submit Form> initiate signature

Path 2:Go to form Details> print> select print Template> sign File

Note: You can also sign files on the print preview page without adding an electronic signature component to the form design.

3.5 Special instructions

(1) message notification

• Message notification such as business process trigger. If the approval is passed, send a message notification of "approval passed/signing initiated" to the person submitting the document.

(2) batch signing and printing are not supported, and single printing is supported.
