2022.06.13 update-data nodes support cross-application
版本限制:Applications that are paid-only and new versions of storage are available.
1. Obtain form data across applications
Launched YIDAIntegration & AutomationSince the function, more and more users are interested in integration and automation functions and put them into the construction of their own applications. In this process, YIDA officials also continue to receive valuable opinions and suggestions from users. Among them, one of the hot requirements of integration and automation isImplement data transfer across applications. Today, it came!
Before optimization:
- I don't understand the code. Can I understand how the data source calls the interface to obtain data? Can't data processing code be written? What if you want to obtain data across applications?
- Is the formula configuration of business association rules too cumbersome? Don't pay attention, because a comma switch between Chinese and English causes the rule to be invalid and an error is reported?
- Cannot the data of subform components be passed through the business association formula?
Has the above situation also troubled you? Functional limitations? Configure rules? Cumbersome operation? Let the pain point nowReturn🤺Return🤺Return🤺!!!
After optimization:
- Without Code, click Add to quickly and visually configure data across applications.
- Do not use formulas, subtract precautions, say goodbye to tedious operations, and free users from rule configuration so that they only need to focus on the business itself.
- Sub-table? Main table? All support, break the limit, all you want
1.1 Two-step implementation of cross-application data acquisition
1.1.1 Step 1: Create a dataset
- After the cross-application fetch is configured, you canCurrent applicationThe data used in this new form in a specific scenario (process or connector node)
- Select up to 20 forms at a time
- Path: Application Settings> data factory> dataset> create dataset> from cross-application> select target form> confirm
1.1.2 Step 2: Use in process/Integration & Automation
(1) use in Process Design
Operation path: edit Flow Chart> Process Design>➕> get a single or multiple pieces of data> get from the Form> cross-application> select the desired cross-application form> Save
(2) use in integration & Automation
Operation path: create Integration & automation>➕> get a single or multiple pieces of data> get from a form> cross-application> select the corresponding cross-application form> Save
2. Supports operation of subform data
2.1 Add/obtain the subtable data of the current form
Data transfer in subforms can be realized by adding data nodes and obtaining single or multiple data nodes in the integration & automation function module.
2.1.1 add in subform
Instructions
- Operation path: Integration & automation> create Integration & automation> add new data node> add in sub-table
- It is mainly used to obtain other data and fill it into the subform to increase the subform data.
- Note: adding data nodes only supports adding data to subforms in the current form.
Data transfer of sub-tables by adding data nodes
2.1.2 obtain data from a single or multiple subtables
Instructions
- Operation path: Integration & automation> create Integration & automation> add "get single/multiple data" node> get from sub-table
- It is mainly used to obtain the data of the subtable in the current form and fill it into other fields of the main form to realize the transfer of subform data.
- Note: only the data of subforms in the current form can be obtained.

2.1.3 obtain data from Integration & automation data nodes or process nodes
Instructions
- This function needs to be integrated and automated first.Obtain a single or multiple data nodes to obtain cross-application master tables
- Then the target sub-table can be processed.Add/delete/obtain/updateOperation
Step 1: obtain cross-application target forms | Step 2: add/delete/obtain/update sub-tables in the target form (cross-application) |
2.1.4 batch acquisition/addition of sub-tables
In addition to the above operations on sub-tables on nodes, you can also add and obtain sub-table data in batches.
Obtain multiple sub-table data in batches | Add multiple sub-table data in batches |
2.1.5 obtain data from the associated form of the current form and add subform data
- Obtain the associated form data of the current initiated form through the "get from associated form" function
- The add multiple data feature in add data allows you to add the obtained associated form data as a data source in a cross-application subtable.
2.1.6 obtain the associated form content from a specified node
- In addition to obtaining the associated form data of the current form, you can also obtain data from other nodes with associated forms in integration & Automation.
2.2 delete form data
Instructions
- You can delete any type of data, including any specified node, primary table, associated form, and sub-table.
- Only data nodes created before deleting nodes can be selected.
3. Initiate approval across applications
Cross-application initiation flow chart is supported. Common form types are not supported. For example, A flow chart in application B can be initiated in Application A.
4. Upgrade data filtering conditions in data nodes
New data filtering conditions are added to make data filtering operations more casual and accurate.

5. All components support assigning values through nodes
Data updates to form components by adding data nodes support obtaining and assigning all component fields
6. Add integration and automatic guidance when creating business association rules
